1. Why is the booster function not working?

The booster function is disabled when MX is charging the battery.

2. Why not the AL-MX be charged with my laptop charger?

Please use the normal USB charger. Such as cellphone charger(5V).

If you are using a laptop charger which can out put 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V, the AL-MX will not be charged by this charger.

We are very sorry for this. The AL-MX does not support USB PD for now.
