The MC is Aputure’s first RGBWW light that can create any hue with a Hollywood level of color fidelity with full Hue, Saturation, & Intensity (HSI) color control. With the ability to choose any color temperature in the MC’s expanded bi-color range between 3,200K-6,500K and 100 levels of saturation adjustment, you have the freedom of creative lighting – all in the palm of your hand.

The Aputure MC 12-Light Production Kit was made for owner-operators and rental houses, including not only an accessory drawer built into the case, but also 12 Qi wireless charging pads to power up each of your lights. Just plug in a D-Tap or power cable, and you’re ready to go.

Stellar color quality. The Aputure MC is an incredibly small light that competes with industry giants. It uses the new RGBWW chipset to reproduce color better and more accurately than ever before, producing CRI/TLCI scores of 96+, SSI(D56) score of 74, and SSI(Tungsten) score of 84.

Any place, any time. The MC’s built-in magnets and credit card-sized footprint allow this mini RGB light to fit anywhere you could ever need. Its lightweight, slim profile allows you to use it as an on-camera light, or hide it off-screen for an app-controllable accent or fill light.

These guys are amazing. Right out of the box they started working on a pilot we were shooting. Only downside is I wish some of the app controls could be incorporated into the unit. So far a great tool to have in our kit.

Great System

I have been using these lights for still low-level-lighting nightscaper shots for almost a year now and love them. I love the ability to change the temperature from my phone as well as how long they hold their charge. Love these lights!

One of the best assets that we have...

The MC4's are one of the best assets that we have. We do a lot of product and home interior videos for our company and having these to light up dark areas, enhance areas with a different color, add accents, and highlights, etc. makes these a necessity for our team. We own 2 sets and use them all the time. Being able to control them from a cell phone app is also an amazing feature that we really like. The special effects are amazing for our lifestyle videos and we have also used them for hair lights when we are in small spaces doing interviews. We are an "Aputure" shop who also owns 300's, 120's, 600's, and 100's along with a bunch of Aputure modifiers. We have nothing but great things to say about all of them. Awesome products at an affordable price. Our team made the right move to Aputure several years ago and haven't looked at any other brand since. Our in-house studio is also fitted with Aputure lighting. The panel lights work exceptionally well for lighting the studio and giving us a bunch of options for each shoot.

Question.
Is there a way to control the MC lights with wireless DMX?
I use a couple different boards.
